The commercial agreement that governs how individuals and organizations promote IndusTrain and earn approved commission as official partners.

The IndusTrain Partner Program enables individuals and organizations to promote IndusTrain's courses in exchange for approved commission or incentives. By registering as a partner, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Joining the Partner Program starts with an application that IndusTrain reviews at its own discretion.
Every applicant to the IndusTrain Partner Program must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. IndusTrain reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application at its sole discretion, and is under no obligation to disclose its reasons for doing so.
Partners represent the IndusTrain brand to prospective students, and are expected to do so honestly and within the bounds of approved branding.
Partners are expected to promote IndusTrain's courses in a professional, honest, and ethical manner at all times. False claims, misleading advertisements, fabricated promises, unsolicited spam communication, or any other unauthorized or deceptive marketing practice is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program.
Partners may only use the logos, banners, creatives, and promotional materials officially issued or approved by IndusTrain for the purpose of promotion. Any modification, alteration, or repurposing of IndusTrain's branding without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Commission is earned only on genuine, verified enrollments, and is paid out according to a defined schedule.
Commission is payable solely for enrollments that satisfy all of the following conditions: payment has been successfully received by IndusTrain, the referred student is genuinely and verifiably enrolled, the applicable refund period has fully expired, and the enrollment complies in all respects with IndusTrain's policies.
No commission shall be paid in respect of self-enrollment, duplicate referrals, fraudulent transactions, fake or fabricated registrations, or enrollments that are subsequently cancelled or refunded. IndusTrain reserves the right to withhold or reclaim commission already paid where a referral is later found to fall into any of these categories.
Verified commission amounts are processed and disbursed in accordance with the payout schedule published under the Partner Program, following successful verification of the underlying enrollment.
Partners are expected to operate within the law and to protect any non-public information they receive from IndusTrain.
Partners must comply with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform-specific policies while promoting IndusTrain's courses and services, and remain solely responsible for the legality of the marketing channels and methods they employ.
Partners agree to treat as strictly confidential any non-public business information disclosed to them by IndusTrain in connection with the Partner Program, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
IndusTrain may evolve the Partner Program over time, and reserves the right to remove partners who breach its terms.
IndusTrain reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner's account, with or without notice, in cases of policy violation, fraud, unethical conduct, or misuse of the Partner Program in any manner.
IndusTrain may, at its discretion, update the structure of the Partner Program, revise the applicable commission structure, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Partners are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any such changes.
As with our general terms, this agreement limits indirect liability and is governed by Indian law.
IndusTrain shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, a partner's participation in the Partner Program.
This agreement, and any dispute arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
