The conditions that apply the moment you reserve a seat in an IndusTrain batch — from booking charges to balance payments and cancellations.

The following Booking Conditions apply to every course-seat reservation made with IndusTrain, and should be read alongside our General Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before you complete a booking.
A seat with IndusTrain is held through a small, non-refundable booking charge, which is later credited against the course fee.
A seat in an IndusTrain batch is considered confirmed only once the required booking amount has been successfully paid. No seat is held on the basis of an expression of interest alone.
A booking charge of ₹500 is payable to reserve a seat. This amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including a change of mind, a missed deadline, or an inability to proceed with enrollment.
Upon successful completion of enrollment, the booking charge already paid is adjusted in full against the total course fee, and is not charged again as a separate or additional amount.
All course admissions remain subject to seat availability. Payment of the booking charge does not, by itself, guarantee admission if the applicable eligibility criteria or remaining payment requirements are not subsequently fulfilled.
A booked seat must be followed by full payment within the communicated window to complete enrollment.
Students are required to pay the remaining balance of the course fee before the deadline communicated to them by IndusTrain at the time of booking or shortly thereafter.
Should a student fail to remit the remaining course fee within the specified period, IndusTrain reserves the right to cancel the corresponding booking. In such an event, the booking charge already paid shall not be refunded.
Batch details may occasionally change for operational reasons, and a booking charge remains non-refundable if a student chooses to cancel.
IndusTrain may, where operationally necessary, modify a batch's schedule, assigned faculty, or class timings. Students will be notified of any such change wherever reasonably possible ahead of time.
Where a student elects to cancel a booking of their own accord, the booking charge already paid remains non-refundable, consistent with its stated purpose of reserving the seat.
Course-fee refunds and delays caused by events outside our control are addressed separately from the booking charge itself.
Beyond the non-refundable booking charge, the course fee itself may only be refunded where the student has not attended any live class or learning session, and strictly in accordance with the conditions set out in IndusTrain's official Refund Policy.
IndusTrain shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or change arising from events reasonably beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Paying the booking amount is treated as your formal acceptance of these conditions.
By making payment of the booking amount, the student formally confirms their acceptance of these Booking Conditions, together with IndusTrain's General Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, each of which governs the enrollment in full.
