The foundational agreement between you and IndusTrain — covering enrollment, fees, live classes, intellectual property, and everything in between.
Effective July 27, 2026
Welcome to IndusTrain. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the terms set out below. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.
This section establishes the basic legal relationship between you and IndusTrain, and who is permitted to enroll in our programs.
By accessing the IndusTrain website, creating an account, enrolling in any course, or otherwise using our learning platform and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
To enroll in an IndusTrain program, you must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Applicants below the age of eighteen (18) must obtain the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to enrollment, and IndusTrain reserves the right to request written confirmation of such consent at any stage.
These clauses describe how a seat is confirmed, how payments are handled, and the circumstances under which fees may be refunded.
Enrollment in any IndusTrain course is considered final only after successful completion of payment and verification of the applicant's details. IndusTrain retains sole discretion to accept, defer, or decline any enrollment request, including where seat capacity, eligibility, or verification requirements are not met.
All course fees must be remitted through IndusTrain's officially approved payment channels. Any applicable government taxes or levies will be charged in addition to the stated course fee unless explicitly noted otherwise. Should a student fail to complete payment in full within the communicated timeline, IndusTrain reserves the right to suspend access to classes or cancel the enrollment outright.
A non-refundable booking charge of ₹500 is payable to provisionally reserve a seat in a batch of the student's choosing. This amount is subsequently adjusted against the total course fee once enrollment is successfully confirmed, and does not constitute a separate or additional cost.
All refunds are governed exclusively by the official Refund Policy published on the IndusTrain website, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Booking charges remain non-refundable under all circumstances. Course fees, where eligible, may only be refunded if the student has not attended any live class or learning session, and strictly subject to the conditions set out in the Refund Policy.
IndusTrain's programs are delivered through live, instructor-led sessions. This section sets expectations around scheduling, attendance, and the technology required to participate.
IndusTrain delivers its curriculum primarily through live, interactive sessions conducted by qualified instructors. While every effort is made to adhere to published schedules, session timings may occasionally be revised due to faculty availability, technical disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances reasonably beyond IndusTrain's control.
Students bear responsibility for attending scheduled classes in accordance with the batch timetable. While IndusTrain endeavours to support students who miss a session, individual make-up sessions cannot always be guaranteed, and students are encouraged to stay proactively engaged with their mentors regarding any gaps in attendance.
Participation in live online classes requires a stable internet connection and a device compatible with IndusTrain's learning platform. Students are solely responsible for ensuring their equipment and connectivity meet the minimum requirements necessary for an uninterrupted learning experience.
All learning material and branding created by IndusTrain remains its exclusive property, licensed to students solely for personal, educational use.
Course materials, slide decks, assignments, source code, session recordings (where made available), and all other instructional content provided during a course are the intellectual property of IndusTrain. Such materials are licensed exclusively for the personal, non-commercial use of enrolled students and may not be shared with, or made accessible to, any third party.
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, website content, curriculum design, graphics, videos, and other educational materials published by IndusTrain remain its exclusive property at all times. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, public display, or commercial exploitation of this content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
A respectful learning environment and secure account practices are expected of every student throughout their time with IndusTrain.
Students are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect during live classes, community discussions, and all other interactions on the IndusTrain platform. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, cheating, plagiarism, or any other disruptive or unethical conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without entitlement to a refund.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials at all times. Sharing login details with any other individual, or permitting unauthorized access to one's account, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access.
Successful completion is recognised through certification, and IndusTrain supports eligible students in their career journey — without guaranteeing specific outcomes.
A certificate of completion is issued exclusively to students who successfully satisfy the course's attendance requirements, assessment criteria, and any other conditions specified for that program.
IndusTrain provides career guidance, resume-building assistance, interview preparation, and placement support as part of its commitment to student outcomes. However, this support is advisory and facilitative in nature; IndusTrain does not, and cannot, guarantee any student an employment or internship offer, as such outcomes ultimately depend on the hiring decisions of third-party employers.
This section limits IndusTrain's liability for indirect losses and explains how these terms, or a student's access, may change over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndusTrain shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of, or in connection with, a student's use of its website, learning platform, or services.
IndusTrain reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access to its services, without prior notice, in the event that these Terms & Conditions are violated.
IndusTrain may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in its offerings, policies, or applicable law. The most current version will always be published on the IndusTrain website, and continued use of our services following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are interpreted under Indian law, and our team remains available for any clarification you may need.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located where IndusTrain operates.
For any questions or clarifications regarding these Terms & Conditions, please reach out to IndusTrain through the official contact details published on our website.
